Great news! We are accepting CIGNA health insurance. We are in the process of credentialing with most major insurance companies. We will accept patient payment for office visits however, we will provide you with a detailed invoice for you to submit to your health insurance company for possible reimbursement.

We use LabCorp and Quest in our office for phlebotomy. Health insurance may be used to cover LabCorp or Quest service cost.
